If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, the items can be returned, in the same conditions in which it has been received,  to change the items, to have a discount coupon, or refund within no more than 10 days from the date of the delivery of the same items.

You can change the article with any other item in our online store, if available; the new requested item can be returned following the same procedure.


As soon as the return is received and processed, a code of the total value of the returned items will be sent to the customer, to be used for next purchases.

The Discount Coupon:

- can be used only once, within 3 months from the date of creation

- can not be combined with other Discount Coupons

- must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value

- can not be combined with other promotions on the site


If the customer return the order, shipping costs, if paid in the order, will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

The refund will be made as soon as the return will arrive at the stores and after the items will be checked.

For PayPal, credit card or bank transfer payment the amount will be returned using the same method.

The timing does not depend in any way on but on the Credit Institute.

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.


- Each garment must be returned including all the original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order

- All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all effects an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way, nor used as a single external packaging.

- Returns authorized by must be sent from the same address where they were delivered; the courier specified by will collect only from the address where the order was delivered.

- reserves the right not to accept returns sent by couriers different from that indicated in the e-mail.

- reserves the right not to accept returns if the delivery involves additional costs for or requires collection at a branch of the courier.

- reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or in any case not compliant with all the conditions provided.

- In these cases the items will be returned to the customer to the original shipping address.
